Vegan diets go a step further, though, by also nixing every other food of animal origin. So, in addition to avoiding meat, vegans steer clear of <a href=\"https:\/\/vegan.com\/info\/dairy-free\/\">dairy products<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vegan.com\/info\/egg-free\/\">eggs<\/a>, and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vegan.com\/food\/honey\/\">honey<\/a>.
