April 26, 2023 Main dishes Omelette Ready in: 10 minutes 1 portion Ingredients2 eggsfresh chopped thyme a pinch of salt and pepper1 tbsp olive oil InstructionsStep 1In a bowl add the eggs, salt, pepper and beat with a fork. Step 2Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over high heat for about 30 ” in high temperature.Step 3Once the oil starts to leave the center of the pan, add the eggs and lower the heat.Step 4Do not turn the omelette. Use a spoon to roll the edge inwards and cover the gap with the uncooked eggs.Step 5When the omelette is ready, turn off the heat and add the thyme.Step 6Don’t overcook, we want to be juicy in the center.Step 7You can serve it with a salad of your choice.
